These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Daxo application and website (the “Service”), operated by AD33 Pty Ltd ABN 41 676 615 295 (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycle and what is included are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the “Manage Subscription” link in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Accounts and subscriptions are managed through Memberstack, and payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, redistributing or reselling its data, attempting to bypass the paywall, or using it to provide financial advice to others without holding the appropriate licences.
As set out in the disclaimer above, the Service is general information only and not personal financial advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their outcomes.
The Service, including its model, scoring methodology, design and content, is owned by AD33 Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
AD33 Pty Ltd ABN 41 676 615 295 is responsible for personal information collected through Daxo. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
To provide and improve the Service, manage your subscription, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations.
We share personal information with service providers who help us operate Daxo — including Memberstack (which provides account sign-in and membership management) and Stripe (which processes payments), as well as hosting and analytics providers — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. Your data is stored on servers located in Australia. Some third-party service providers, such as our membership provider (Memberstack) and our payment processor (Stripe), may process limited data outside Australia, including in the United States.
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
